Firstly we would arrange a site visit to introduce ourselves and make an initial appraisal of the potential strengths and weaknesses of the property or land. We would then refer the site on to the appropriate professional advisors.
We usually recommend introducing at least three separate companies so as to instil a bit of a free market competition which would ensure maximisation of your asset.
Once all offers have been received we will arrange to meet with you to discuss them and make my recommendations. There are three usual ways a developer can purchase the land/property:
We would suggest that the purchaser will require at least 6-8 weeks to submit the planning application or applications. Following this the local authority should determine the application or applications within 8 – 13 weeks. This could be longer if extended negotiations are required.
